Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution. You must have proof it was damaged on delivery.

Print-on-Demand Products

Because print-on-demand items are custom-made specifically for each order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been delivered or downloaded.
